AI agent with its own knowledge base

Turn a folder of files into a governed knowledge source. You approve the material, add metadata and access rules, define how answers must be supported and test what happens when evidence is missing, outdated or contradictory.
The course has nine parts. You set purpose, users and supported questions, inventory and approve the corpus, add metadata that makes the material findable, and write a retrieval and answer contract with citation requirements.
You handle access and data minimisation, test whether the right sources are actually retrieved, govern change with review, publishing and rollback, and run a test lab with five cases plus a separate decision. The final test has eight questions and seven correct answers give you the certificate.
