Build a shared AI assistant – from different needs to a common workflow

Create a shared AI assistant that several roles can use and review consistently.
For mixed teams and cross-functional groups · 45–55 minutes
About the course
When several people will use an assistant, instructions, sources and accountability must be shared. In the course, the team chooses a common use case, such as a knowledge guide, meeting follow-up, document review or improvement support.
You will build a prototype, test it from several roles and document who owns the content, access, testing and improvements. The result is a shared workflow that can be evaluated before the solution is distributed more widely.
