About the course
Follow fictional Lindhamn Form through eight modules: adapt an expense-process guide for three roles, identify four overreaches, create the assistant card and permission matrix, build a controlled project, and run five case-specific acceptance tests. Complete the value calculation, change log and your own four-week plan; the example stays separate.
You will build a prototype, test it from several roles and document who owns the content, access, testing and improvements. The result is a shared workflow that can be evaluated before the solution is distributed more widely.
