Beginners who have heard the term MCP but do not yet know what it means · 35–45 minutes
About the course
MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is a way to describe how an AI application can connect to external information sources and tools. The course uses a simple connector or adapter analogy and requires no coding.
You will compare a manual workflow with a connected solution and assess when a connection can provide current information, reduce manual steps or improve reuse. At the same time, you will identify costs, permissions, new sources of error and the need for clear ownership of operations and updates.
