AI Agents for Managers and Business Developers – From Opportunity to Governed Pilot

Learn how to move from scattered AI ideas to a governed, measurable AI-agent pilot without beginning with a large technical programme. This is a short, interactive online course built from focused micro-lessons. You work at your own pace and leave with an agent map, a reusable instruction, five tests and a pilot plan. No programming is required.

Leaders need more than demonstrations. They need an owner, an approved purpose, suitable data, quality measures, stop rules and a decision about whether a pilot should continue. The course explains the difference between a one-off prompt, a reusable AI assistant, an agentic workflow and full automation. That distinction matters: a saved ChatGPT Project or Claude Project can deliver substantial value without being an autonomous agent. You learn to choose the simplest level that solves the problem.

You will learn how to identify a recurring, structured and reviewable task; define the goal and output; select approved source material; separate AI steps from human decisions; and write a stop rule. You then translate the map into a no-code prototype using project instructions and approved files in ChatGPT or Claude. Because interfaces and subscriptions change, the course avoids hard-coded prices and file limits and points to official product information.
