About the course
Eight modules follow fictional Björkhamn Service: prioritise four pilot candidates, identify six governance gaps, write a pilot card, build a controlled prototype and run five acceptance tests. Compare benefits and costs, review three decision gates and compile your own 30-day pilot package; the completed example stays separate.
You build a simple assistant that separates facts from assumptions, shows uncertainty and leaves the decision to the responsible person. The course covers testing, cost assessment, risk boundaries and a routine for deciding whether the pilot should continue, change or stop.
